We offer a 14-day return policy for unused and unworn products. If your leather belt or accessory doesn’t meet your expectations, you can return it within 30 days of receiving your order.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team through our website's contact form. Provide your order number and the reason for the return. Once approved, we will guide you through the return process.

3. Conditions for Return

  • Items must be in unused, undamaged, and original condition.

  • Products must have all original tags, packaging, and labels intact.

  • Genuine leather belts that have been worn or used cannot be returned.

4. Return Shipping

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is damaged or defective. In cases of damaged or faulty products, we will cover the return shipping charges. To initiate a return for such items, you are required to submit a clear video showing the issue with the product. Our team will review the video and, upon approval, provide instructions for the return process.

Once the returned product is received and inspected, you will be notified regarding the status of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed promptly to the original method of payment.

5. Refund Process
Once your return is approved, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during purchase. Please note that the shipping charges are non-refundable.

6. Exchange Policy
If you'd like to exchange your high-quality leather belt or any other item, we can facilitate an exchange for a different size, color, or style, based on availability. Please contact our customer support team to initiate the exchange.

7. Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 7 days of receiving the product. We will provide a full refund or replacement and cover the return shipping costs.
